## Introduction & Vision

We are not here to set up another PM CARES, holiday in Davos on the taxpayer's salary slip, or rebrand corruption as "strategic spending." We are here to ask — loudly, repeatedly, in writing — where the money went.

**Our Mission:** Build a party for the young people who keep getting called lazy, chronically online, and — most recently — cockroaches. That's it. That's the mission. The rest is satire.

## The Manifesto: The Five Demands

Read it once. Read it twice. Then send it to someone who needs to read it.

1. **No Chief Justice** shall be granted a Rajya Sabha seat as a post-retirement reward.
2. If any legit vote is deleted, the **CEC shall be arrested under UAPA**.
3. **Women shall receive 50% reservation** (not 33%), and 50% of all Cabinet positions reserved for women.
4. **All media houses owned by Ambani and Adani** shall have their licences cancelled.
5. Any MLA/MP who defects shall be **barred from contesting elections and holding public office for 20 years**.

## Eligibility: Who Can Join?

We do not check religion, caste, or gender. We do, however, have four (4) standards:

1. **Unemployed**: You must have zero active corporate sponsors or W2/equivalent obligations. Part-time freelancers and gig workers are welcome, but if you have a 401(k), we might suspect you are part of the capitalist machine.
2. **Lazy**: Procrastination is a virtue. If you did today what you could have postponed until next Tuesday, you are in violation of CJP Bylaw 4.2.
3. **Chronically Online**: You must have a screen time of at least 8 hours a day. Knowing the latest Twitter discourse before it hits the mainstream news is a big plus.
4. **Ability to Rant Professionally**: Can you write a 14-tweet thread explaining why a minor inconvenience is actually a systemic government failure? We need your eloquence.

*Membership is free, lifelong, and revocable only by you. No fees. No selfies with the leader. No "missed call to register."*

## Petition: Sack the Education Minister

The education system is compromised. From the tragic loss of students who died by suicide, to the millions of futures broken by a decade of paper leaks, this failure cannot go ignored. There must be consequences.

CJP is actively running a digital signature campaign demanding the immediate removal of the Education Minister. When users sign the petition, a visual swarm of virtual cockroaches takes over the page to "eat" the image of the minister as a form of peaceful, digital protest.
